Order Management Project

I worked on a Sales transformation project for one of the top 5 PC manufacturer in the US. The assignment was to design processes for their Sales, Services and Credit related modules and provide a better user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Standardized use cases, business rules and product requirements
  • Designed mock-ups and created storyboarding for the Credit, Return and Exchange related scenarios to improve their order management process
  • Interacted with the product owners and engineering teams to categorize product backlog for user interface testing
  • Presented the application to the stakeholders for every sprint

Rebranding Design Studio Project

I worked on a rebranding factory project in the Mumbai Studio for the enterprise business of the US client leading in tracking and printing technology solutions. The assignment was to re-brand their existing 11,000 assets and create webpages for their technical specification sheets.

Responsibilities:

  • Managed and analyzed the content and assets for the enterprise business
  • Led the analyst team for the technical specifications sheet module to deliver rebranded digital assets
  • Worked with product owners to ensure a common platform for analysis and typography to design better affordances
  • Mentored new team members by having knowledge transfer sessions and prepared project timelines for every sprint
  • Responsible for weekly reporting of the assets' metrics to the manager and the client

Global Service Healthcare Project

I worked for a diversified healthcare company in the US that provides expertise in medical equipments, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. The assignment was to design a process for their business to handle the Global Service Platform to provide a simplified user experience to their clients.
